The second Swiss Open Academic Data (SOAD) Day will bring together researchers and practitioners in Switzerland for a deep dive into Open Academic Data.

According to the organisers, the fully in-person event at EPFL will include a hackathon and discussions around how Open Academic Data can be used, shared, and improved across institutions and infrastructures. Registration is open until 31 July 2026.

The topic is closely related to NAIF’s work on improving the visibility, quality, and interoperability of academic metadata in Switzerland.
