About
The second Swiss Open Academic Data (SOAD) Day will bring together researchers and practitioners in Switzerland to explore how Open Academic Data can be used, shared, and improved across institutions and infrastructures.
According to the organisers, the morning programme will include a keynote, lightning talks, and a poster session focused on tools, projects, results, and initiatives around Open Academic Data. The afternoon will be dedicated to a hackathon. The call for contributions invites proposals for lightning talks and posters related to research information and metadata sources such as OpenAlex, OpenAIRE, ORCID, Crossref, and ETER.
The topic is closely related to NAIF’s work on improving the visibility, quality, and interoperability of academic metadata in Switzerland.
